How to access your scheme
Three steps — from checking eligibility to walking in for treatment.
Step 1
Check eligibility
Visit mera.pmjay.gov.in or call 14555. Enter your mobile number or ration card number. Your name will show if you're listed in the SECC database.
Step 2
Get your card
Visit your nearest Common Service Centre (CSC), empanelled hospital, or district office with your Aadhaar and ration card. The Ayushman card is issued free.
Step 3
Go cashless
Walk into any empanelled hospital, present your health card, and treatment begins — no cash required. The hospital handles the insurer directly.
